GRAPA  was founded in 2007 by Rob Mattison, a senior consultant with IBM Global Services, Cap Gemini and Deloitte Consulting working exclusively in the ICT Industry. 

We have a full range of experience levels on staff, from fresh grads who are supported through our virfual outsourcing and semi-outsourcing arrangements, to fully qualified, autonmous senior level staff.

It depends upon your timing and the job at hand. 

Semi-Outsourcing and Virtual Outsourcing arrangements allow XIT to provide you with less experienced consutants with good technical and operational skills but little industry expertise
